Email support@getvideoframes.com. Helpful details include your platform (web, Mac desktop, or iOS), OS/app version, the video container and codec if known, the extraction mode, and the error message.
Do not attach private videos unless we explicitly agree on a safe support process. A description or non-sensitive reproduction is usually enough. For iOS App Store billing or refund questions about In-App Purchases, you can also use Apple’s report-a-problem flow.
