Terms of Use
These terms cover the GetVideoFrames website, browser tools, desktop software, iOS app, accounts, and purchases. GetVideoFrames is a product of Achieve Apex LLC.

Use videos you are allowed to use
You are responsible for the videos and frames you process. Only use content you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. Do not use the service to violate copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Tools are provided as available
Browser, desktop, and iOS capabilities, codecs, memory, device resources, and source files vary. We do not promise that every file, format, device, frame, or extraction size will work. Keep original files and verify outputs before relying on them.
No harmful or abusive use
Do not interfere with the website, probe it for unauthorized access, bypass reasonable safeguards, distribute malware, or use automated traffic that harms availability for others.
Pro Lifetime desktop license
A Pro Lifetime purchase grants the purchasing account a non-transferable license to use the GetVideoFrames desktop product on the number of simultaneously activated devices shown at purchase (currently up to three). It is a one-time desktop license, not a subscription or a promise that every future product, cloud service, API, operating system, or feature will be included. Do not share access, bypass activation, reverse engineer license controls, or resell the license.
iOS Lifetime unlock
The GetVideoFrames iOS Lifetime product is a one-time non-consumable In-App Purchase that removes the watermark on exports for that Apple ID entitlement after the free first-video allowance described in the app. It is billed and managed by Apple. Restore purchases using the control in the app. Apple’s App Store terms apply to payment, refunds, and family sharing where available. The iOS Lifetime unlock is separate from the desktop Pro Lifetime license unless we explicitly state a cross-product offer.
Payments, refunds, and license status
For web/desktop Pro, Stripe processes payment details; GetVideoFrames does not receive or store full card numbers. Prices and taxes, when applicable, are shown before payment. Contact support to request a refund for those purchases; eligibility follows the purchase terms and applicable law. A full refund, reversed payment, or active payment dispute can deactivate the related desktop license; a partial refund does not automatically deactivate it. For iOS In-App Purchases, request refunds through Apple where applicable.

Guides are general information, not legal or professional advice. Third-party products, platforms, and open-source software have their own terms and licenses. References do not imply endorsement.
