- When does Pro ship?

- Does the free plan really never upload my video?
- Yes. Free extraction runs in your browser on your device, and the selected video is not uploaded for extraction. Application assets and optional analytics use separate network requests.
- What is the refund policy for Pro Lifetime?
- Contact support to request a refund. Eligibility follows the purchase terms and applicable law. A full refund deactivates the related license; a partial refund does not automatically deactivate it.
